We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Head to lead our design team, oversee projects, and ensure top-quality creative output. This role requires a visionary leader who can manage the team, review their work, collaborate with clients, and translate requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to produce high-quality creative work.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure the team meets project objectives.
- Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring brand consistency.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2. Client Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding creative direction.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, translating them into clear design briefs.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions.
3. Creative Strategy & Execution:
- Develop innovative concepts and strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Ensure all creative output maintains high standards and aligns with industry trends.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency.
4. Quality Control & Brand Consistency:
- Review and approve design work before client submission.
- Ensure all visual and creative elements align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in design execution.
5. Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Encourage the team to explore new creative approaches and push design boundaries.
- Implement tools and processes to enhance creative workflow and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Head, Design Lead, or similar role in a design agency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Expertise in design principles, branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design work.
