UP Metro Rail Corporation
Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation is a joint venture between Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh. UPMRC has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation and operation of the rail based Mass Rapid Transit System in Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra as well as other key metropolitan cities of Uttar Pradesh. The corporation strives to integrate modern technology, sustainable practices, and efficient operations into its metro systems.

Challenge
The primary challenges associated with the development of UPMRCL technological interface is the performance optimization, scalability, high traffic handling, customization and extensibility of CMS modules.
Solution
In order to improve performance optimization we have utilized Content Delivery Network to distribute static content and improve loading speeds. In order to improve scalability & high traffic handling has been managed with utilization of cloud based hosting solutions that offer auto scaling capabilities. With customization and extensibility of CMS Module is being done with maintaining separability between core CMS functionality and customizable feature.
